Using an incompatible valve may reduce the O-ring compression, increasing the risk of a hydrogen leak and fire.

What was recalled

Luxfer Canada Ltd. (Luxfer) is recalling certain Unified Fine Pitch thread adapters, model EP-O-350-8-U5 with part number K0079. The O-ring recess in the gas cylinder adapter may be incompatible with certain valve types.

What to do
