Why it was recalled
A child seat with a missing tether strap may not adequately protect a child in a crash, increasing the risk of injury.
What was recalled
Evenflo Company, Inc. (Evenflo) is recalling certain Titan 65 child seats with model numbers CS200312198, CS200311198, 3712198, and 3711198. The child seats may have been manufactured without a tether strap.
What to do
Evenflo will advise owners to inspect their child seat for a tether strap, and Evenflo will mail owners a tether strap with installation instructions, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 13, 2026. Owners may contact Evenflo customer service at 1-800-233-5921.. Follow the official notice for full instructions.
